When I look back and reflect upon my ministry, I can  recall those times when I felt truly alive and fully involved in what I saw as God's invitation to live in his will. Such times have always energised me and left me aching for more. But I can also think of those periods when this wasn't the case and rather than feeling energised and alive, it was more about struggle and stress that would leave me feeling drained and demotivated. I had an intuitative idea of what my call to ministry was about, but I lacked clarity. Because of this I was so pleased to discover something called Core Process which  could be described as a personal purpose statement, but unlike most such statements that tend to be lengthy and forgettable, this is simply two words that capture the essence of you. Mine is 'Releasing Potential' which as soon as I discovered it, knew it was me to a tee! Subsequently I have had the privilege and pleasure of helping others to disover theirs and the results have been really helpful in enabling others to see that unique contribution that they bring to life in serving God and others.
